Different weight loss plans come and go, but in the end there is only one real method, that is burn more than you consume. Last April scientists from California reported that there is a chemical that might help us burn fat faster than we usually do. The magical chemical is called dihydrocapsiate and id mainly found in peppers, as their study shows the chemical boosts the body’s energy burn.
Even though its name is hard to say it’s not peppers fault, it never picked that chemical. With that hard name comes a good advantage it is easy to find, this is because it’s the chemical cousin of the chemical known as capsaicin the chemical that makes peppers so hot. The largest difference between the two is that dihydrocapsiate isn’t even chilly, infract it won’t even send you running for a glass it’s completely unnoticeable.
Foods that make you run for a glass of water, or that are chilly are usually the ones that contain capsaicin. Chilly foods are stimulant pain receptors in the mouth. These foods send signals to the nerves which send messages to the brain. Dihydrocapsiate, is too big to fit in the receptors and tickle the nerve’s endings this means that it doesn’t cause any pain.
I think that this is a very important discovery that will now allow people to slim down without having to use any manmade chemicals. Another advantage to this way of burning fat is that is available to everyone and is very affordable , while it is still healthier that other manmade chemicals.
