Venus the new competitor for the lava battle

Scientists have located more that 1,000 volcanoes on the surface of Venus, also known as Earth’s “sister” plant. The question remains are they still active or are they just mountains that once had volcanic activity.
The new researchers and scientists say yes.
The evidence about recent activity on Venus comes from a mysterious lava flow on the northern hemisphere. According to resent observations the flow appears to be much hotter that the rocks surrounding it. Currently there is only one logical explanation and that is the flow might be cooling lava. This evidence was obtained from a space craft orbiting Venus, the Spacecraft collected images of the peak Idunn Mons in the planets southern hemisphere, the new scans suggest that there may be a lava flow on the other side of the volcano.   this video shows the volcano.
Just this one discovery could lead to many new innovations and ideas about Venus and its surface. By knowing more about Venus we can start to study the planets around it. The article has not mentioned why is Venus the sister planet of earth, but the reason why I think it is called that name is because it has volcanoes and is a similar physical appearance to our own planet Earth.
